Western Disturbance Brings Light Rains to Isolated Areas in Rajasthan, Night Temperatures Rise

Over the past 24 hours, Rajasthan has experienced light rains at scattered locations, attributed to the influence of a western disturbance, as reported by the Meteorological Department.

The MeT Department also noted a notable increase in night temperatures by two to four degrees Celsius. Areas such as Bhilwara, Vanasthali, Jodhpur, and Phalodi recorded light rains. However, the weather forecast indicates a dry spell in the state for the upcoming week.

Fatehpur in Sikar claimed the title of the coldest place, registering a minimum temperature of 5.6 degrees Celsius, closely followed by Sangaria in Hanumangarh, where the night temperature settled at eight degrees.

As the clouds disperse, there is an anticipated drop in minimum temperatures by two to three degrees Celsius over the next two days.
