T-Series’ internal marketing mavens orchestrated a triumphant campaign for the Bollywood blockbuster ‘Animal,’ transforming it into a cinematic sensation. The marketing spectacle began with an audio teaser, revealing a star-studded cast that piqued initial interest. The unveiling of Ranbir Kapoor’s powerful first look poster on New Year’s Eve in 2022 marked a turning point, setting the stage for an unstoppable momentum.
Breaking new ground, audiences were treated to a ‘Pre-Teaser,’ a first in the film industry, leaving the nation in awe. Subsequent releases included the film’s teaser, the chart-topping song ‘Satranga,’ and a memorable moment when Ranbir Kapoor surprised fans during Arijit Singh’s concert. Capitalizing on cricket fever, a special collaboration during a World Cup match seamlessly integrated ‘Animal’ into the sports spectacle.

The marketing blitz continued with a special teaser featured on the Burj Khalifa and a visit to Dubai’s Global Village, where Arjan Vailly’s beats resonated among a crowd of 40,000, giving the campaign a global dimension.
Back home, exclusive previews of the trailer for the Mumbai press were followed by a grand trailer launch in Delhi, generating significant industry buzz. A strategic album launch with Spotify and a three-city tour in the South, culminating in a pre-release event in Hyderabad with regional stars, tapped into diverse markets. Producer Bhushan Kumar praised the exceptional dedication of the in-house marketing team, led by Shivam Chanana, Rahul Dubey, and Mita Choudhary, for successfully executing a series of consecutive events that reached a global audience.
Collaborating with major media houses, a half-hour segment provided deeper insights, while late-night and early morning shows in Mumbai accommodated diverse schedules. Responding to demand, Bobby Deol’s entry song premiered on YouTube, maximizing online engagement.
Post-release, T-Series maintained the connection by making the theme song and Ranbir Kapoor’s entry song available, cementing ‘Animal’ as a marketing triumph in Bollywood.
Commenting on the campaign, producer Bhushan Kumar stated, “The marketing and promotional strategy of ‘Animal’ was meticulously planned and executed. We treated the film not just like a film, but an event and are happy that it has registered in the far corners of the country.”
Applauding the marketing efforts, Sandeep Reddy Vanga expressed, “The immense happiness expressed by the entire team and I confirms the invaluable contribution and impact that the marketing and promotional campaign made on the overall success of ‘Animal.’ It’s a resounding success for the team.”
Echoing this sentiment, Pranay Reddy Vanga added, “The dedication and expertise of the ‘Animal’ marketing team have undoubtedly set a high standard for future marketing and promotion endeavors in entertainment.”
