Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja sent a special birthday wish to former captain and his current Chennai Super Kings teammate, MS Dhoni, as the legendary cricketer celebrated his 42nd birthday on Friday. Jadeja took to Twitter to wish his “go-to man” and shared a memorable photo from the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 final, where they emerged as champions.
Captioning the photo of Dhoni embracing him after the IPL victory, Jadeja wrote, “My go-to man since 2009 to till date and forever. Wishing you a very happy birthday Mahi bhai. See you soon in yellow.”
The Indian cricket fraternity also extended their wishes to the iconic cricketer on social media. Jhulan Goswami, the legendary former Indian pacer, took to Twitter and wished Dhoni, acknowledging his charm and strength that continues to inspire everyone.
“Happy birthday Captain Cool @msdhoni. The way you inspire everyone on the pitch and off the pitch is truly remarkable. May your grace, charm, and strength continue to inspire us all,” Goswami tweeted.
Sachin Tendulkar, another cricket legend, also took to Twitter to send his wishes, hoping that Dhoni’s helicopter shots and his career would continue to soar high.
“May you always fly high like your helicopter shots. Happy birthday, MS!” Tendulkar wrote.
Former Indian batter Yuvraj Singh shared a photo with Dhoni on Twitter and wished him a happy birthday, reminiscing about their memorable moments on the field.

Former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh also joined in the celebrations and wished Dhoni, referring to him as “Bahubali.”
