PM Narendra Modi Launches Blistering Attack on Congress in Barmer Rally, Accuses Government of Empowering Terrorists and Rioters

In a massive election rally held in Baytoo of Barmer on Wednesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched a scathing attack on the Congress government. Focusing on the issue of law and order in the state, Modi directly targeted Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, holding the Congress responsible for empowering terrorists, bullies, and rioters.

Accusing the ruling Congress of corruption and implementing an “appeasement policy,” Modi asserted that wherever the party is in power, the morale of terrorists and rioters rises. During the rally, he urged voters to utilize the electoral opportunity to punish the Congress, urging them to “press the button with the lotus symbol” to ensure their accountability.

Interacting with voters from 10 seats in Western Rajasthan, Prime Minister Modi highlighted the BJP’s significance in the state to protect its culture, citing incidents of atrocities against women under Congress rule. In the 2018 elections, BJP secured only one out of seven seats in Barmer and Balotra.

Modi further accused the Congress of corruption in the Jal Jeevan Mission, which aims to provide piped water in rural areas. Additionally, he alleged that the paper leak mafia, responsible for exam irregularities, has connections with top Congress leaders.

The public meeting saw the presence of BJP State President CP Joshi, along with other leaders and party candidates from various constituencies.
