A coach of a local Electrical Multiple Unit (EMU) train derailed near New Delhi’s Bhairon Marg, as confirmed by officials. Fortunately, there have been no reported injuries in the incident, and all passengers aboard the train are safe.
The Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) for Railways provided reassurance regarding passenger safety, stating, “No injuries have been reported.” Prompt action was taken as Railway staff swiftly arrived at the scene to commence repair work.
While the incident is under investigation, further details regarding the cause and extent of the derailment are currently awaited.
