Governor Kalraj Mishra Advocates for Enhanced Implementation of Scouts and Guides Activities in Rajasthan’s Educational Institutions

During a special meeting with Rajasthan State Bharat Scouts and Guides at Raj Bhavan, Governor Kalraj Mishra emphasized the need for the effective integration of Scouts and Guides activities into all schools and colleges across the state. Mishra highlighted that these initiatives are a crucial component of the state government’s 100-day action plan, with efforts underway to expand their reach to 1,500 new schools.

Recognizing the importance of establishing residential schools dedicated to Scouts and Guides, Mishra underscored the positive impact of such institutions, citing examples from Jagatpura, Jaipur, and Khudi, Laxmangarh, Sikar, where they have contributed to nurturing students’ creative abilities.

Furthermore, Mishra urged for the comprehensive implementation of co-scholastic activities by the Raj State Bharat Scouts & Guides in all state-funded universities and colleges, emphasizing the potential benefits these programs offer to the youth. He stressed the need to maximize the advantages provided by Scouts and Guides initiatives in fostering holistic development among the youth.
