According to the Delhi Fire Service, a fire ignited in plastic pipes at the Delhi Jal Board office in the Jamia area of the national capital on Thursday.
Thick plumes of smoke were observed billowing from the premises.
Six fire tenders rushed to the scene to extinguish the flames. Firefighting operations are currently underway.
At present, the cause of the fire and the extent of the damage remain unknown.
