Fire Breaks Out in Plywood Factory in Lucknow, Injuring Three Firefighters

A fire erupted at a plywood factory in Lucknow, resulting in burn injuries sustained by three fire personnel, according to officials. The blaze, which required several hours to bring under control, led to injuries sustained by three firefighters: Navneet Kumar, Manvendra Singh, and Ashish Kumar Pandey. Presently, the injured individuals are receiving treatment at the civil hospital. Deputy Inspector General Jugal Kishore Tiwari personally visited the hospital to check on their well-being and obtain updates on their condition.

Authorities are actively investigating the cause of the fire. Further details are anticipated as the investigation progresses. In a separate incident on Monday morning, a fire incident occurred at a private company situated in Sector 88 of Noida. The fire was promptly extinguished by the fire brigade, and Chief Fire Officer Pradeep Kumar confirmed that there were no casualties. The rapid response of the fire department allowed them to swiftly control and extinguish the fire. Preliminary findings suggest that the fire originated from a transformer located outside the company’s premises.
