Their social media posts swiftly garnered a flood of congratulatory messages from fellow sports personalities and fans, expressing their heartfelt wishes for the growing family.

Among the well-wishers, seasoned spinner Yuzvendra Chahal commented, “Congratulations ❤️,” while seasoned wicketkeeper-batter Dinesh Karthik conveyed, “Many congratulations to both. Much love.”

Meanwhile, on the professional front, Krunal has been an instrumental figure in the workings of Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the ongoing IPL season. He etched his name in the tournament’s history by delivering the most economical four-over spell for LSG against Gujarat Titans (GT) at Ekana Stadium in Lucknow on April 8.

During this remarkable spell, the 33-year-old cricketer clinched three crucial wickets, restricting the opposition to a mere 11 runs in four overs, boasting an extraordinary economy rate of 2.75. This feat surpassed his own record set in 2022 against Punjab Kings.

Krunal’s exceptional performance against GT is further highlighted by his consistent contributions in previous encounters, where he has displayed remarkable bowling prowess and solid batting performances.

In the current season, Krunal has showcased his all-round skills, securing five wickets in eight matches with an impressive economy rate of 7.43, reaffirming his value as a key player for LSG.
