According to meteorological data, other regions also witnessed low temperatures, with Bikaner at 6 degrees Celsius, Ganganagar at 6.5 degrees Celsius, Jaisalmer at 6.7 degrees Celsius, Jaipur at 7.4 degrees Celsius, and Chittorgarh at 7.8 degrees Celsius.
The meteorological department noted that a cold wave prevailed in several areas of eastern Rajasthan, accompanied by dry weather conditions. Officials anticipate thunderstorms and rainfall in the state on January 8-9, attributing it to the influence of an active western disturbance. The upcoming weather activity is expected to bring relief from the prevailing cold conditions.
